Essential Functions/Responsibilities:

Customer Support Executive will be responsible for the following:

• Interacting with customers either by telephone or electronically
• Making outgoing calls as well as handling incoming calls
• Telesales
• Generating leads for sales team
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries
• Handle and resolve customer complaints
• Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries and complaints
• Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
• Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints
• Record details of actions taken
• Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
• Follow up on customer interactions

Qualifications:

• Graduate from a reputed university or college
• Experience of atleast 6 months in calling
• Should have good interpersonal skills, communication skills (verbal and written),listening skills
• Should have an attitude of customer service
• Should be adaptable and take initiative
• Good convincing and negotiating skills
• Opening for both male and female candidates
• No Night Shift
