Essential Functions/Responsibilities:
Customer Support Executive will be responsible for the following:
• Handling relationships with Real Estate developers like Jaypee Greens, Eldeco,Unitech, 3C etc.
• Analyzing the projects and keeping track of all upcoming projects
• Interview clients to determine what kinds of properties they are seeking, sourcing of suitable property for every client
• Doing direct and channel sales within Delhi/NCR region
• Follow up leads Contact Client, conduct effective meetings
• Coordinate property closings, overseeing signing of documents and disbursement of fund
• Getting the deal finalized and to keep a track until the physical possession takes place
• Generating new Leads
• Prepare sales reports
• Helping his team in preparing & execute presentations
• Maintaining data base of clients
• Assisting managers in achieving weekly and monthly targets
• Ensure all team members are product knowledge trained
• Deal with customer complaints politely & efficiently with the aim of ensuring the issue is resolved to the customer’s satisfaction
• Pro-active in problem solving
Qualifications:
. A friendly personality, capable of building strong relationships easily
• Strong Communication skills in both languages English & Hindi
• Good attention to details
• A very professional manner as the candidate will be attending meetings with key Clients
• He/she must be very well presented
• Good IT skills Microsoft Office
• Strong Interpersonal skills, pleasing outgoing personality and leadership skills.
• Good Sales acumen in meeting targets in real estate industry
• Having a bachelor degree from a well known University
Should be open to work on field
• Prior experience in Direct sales preferred
• Preferably Graduates(MBA can also apply)
